Hi, I'm Cynthia

Mom of 3, Recreation Therapist, Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I love helping women use mindfulness and exercise to strengthen core and pelvic floor muscles so they can enjoy everyday life and recreational activities. From jumping on the trampoline with your kids to hiking a mountain, I am here to help you feel strong and capable!

1:1 Coaching

One on one sessions tailored to focus on your goals. I offer in person coaching as well as online virtual coaching. Great option for women who have specific recovery or training needs and want more flexible scheduling. 

Group Training

8 week sessions with a group of awesome women to help motivate and encourage you. Small group size means you get individual feedback and personalized attention in each class.
