I love helping women use mindfulness and exercise to strengthen core and pelvic floor muscles so they can enjoy everyday life and recreational activities. One on one sessions tailored to focus on your goals. I offer in person coaching as well as online virtual coaching. Great option for women who have specific recovery or training needs and want more flexible scheduling.
Group Training
8 week sessions with a group of awesome women to help motivate and encourage you. Small group size means you get individual feedback and personalized attention in each class.
