Holiday Small Group Training
Empowering moms to feel confident and strong as they train in a supportive community

This training program is designed just for moms who want to feel strong, confident, and supported in their fitness journey. Each session builds strength in key areas and incorporates movement in all directions to keep you active, injury-free, and ready for the demands of everyday life.
We’ll progress week by week, challenging you in ways that feel doable and safe, with expert guidance every step of the way. Our workouts are tailored to address real concerns many moms face—such as leaking with impact, pelvic floor heaviness or prolapse, diastasis recti, core weakness and more.
This group is not about shrinking your body, chasing a number on the scale, or following diet culture. Instead, we focus on what truly matters: gaining strength, building confidence, and creating more energy for the things you love. All bodies are welcome here, and every mom belongs.
What makes this group special is the atmosphere: encouraging, positive, and built on the idea that we’re stronger together. You’ll train alongside other moms who get it—celebrating wins, supporting one another, and leaving each session feeling uplifted, capable, and connected.
What's Included?
*Weekly in person training with Cynthia- Certified Personal Trainer, Core and Pelvic Floor Corrective Exercise Specialist
The program is designed to be done 2x per week (1 session Tuesday and 1 session Friday), but you can choose to do 1 session per week and still get a total body workout
*Complimentary weekly HIIT class- 30 min class on Wednesday mornings to help teach plyometrics and dynamic movement in a judgement free zone (Kid Friendly!)
* At home training program for those who want additional workouts at home. (A great option for those days you can't come to your in person session due to travel or sickness)
*Private Facebook Group for building community with other moms, sharing your success, asking questions and getting exclusive tips and tricks. Open gym workouts (included bonus for program participants) will be posted in the Facebook group!
*NEW! Ever growing resource library with quick informational pages about core and pelvic floor topics, nutrition, recipes for busy moms and more.
