Service Description
Are you excited to challenge yourself and workout with a supportive and fun community of women? This series is it! Learn how to truly connect to your body as you build strength safely and effectively. This class focuses on movement fundamentals while teaching you how to engage and support your core and pelvic floor through breathing, body position and bracing. You’ll learn how to move and lift in ways that protect your body and build lasting strength from the inside out. Ideal for anyone new to exercise, returning postpartum, or looking to build a strong foundation during pregnancy or beyond. The small group size allows you to receive feedback and support throughout the class and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and participate in discussions. Fridays from 10:45am-11:45am 5 Sessions No Class Nov 14 and Nov 28 Childcare Available for a fee, or non mobile babies are welcome to stay with you in class
