Service Description
Are you excited to challenge yourself and workout with a supportive and fun community of women? This series is it! All classes use a core and pelvic floor approach to moving and progressing, but these sessions will focus on strength and muscle growth. This series will help you gain confidence in your weight lifting and resistance training, in addition to working your body in a safe and welcoming environment. The small group size allows you to receive feedback and support throughout the class and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and participate in discussions.
