Service Description
Are you excited to challenge yourself and workout with a supportive and fun community of women? This series is it! All classes use a core and pelvic floor approach to moving and progressing, but these sessions will focus on building strength, impact progression and preventing injury for running and hiking. During this series you can expect to see plenty of unilateral leg work, knee stability exercises, core power, upper body rotation and plyometrics. The small group size allows you to receive feedback and support throughout the class and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and participate in discussions. Fridays 7:00am-8:00am 8 Sessions No Class on Jan 16 or Feb 20 No Childcare available- but non mobile babies are welcome next to you in class
