Service Description

This series will help you gain confidence in your weight lifting and resistance training, in addition to working your body in a safe and welcoming environment. The small group size allows you to receive feedback and support throughout the class and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and participate in discussions. All classes use a core and pelvic floor approach to moving and progressing, but these sessions will focus on strength and muscle growth. Fridays from 9:30-10:30am 8 Sessions Classes begin April 3 No class on April 17th
