Service Description

Are you excited to challenge yourself and workout with a supportive and fun community of women? This series is it! All classes use a core and pelvic floor approach to moving and progressing, but these sessions will focus on building strength and preventing injury for running. During this series you can expect to see plenty of unilateral leg work, core power, upper body rotation and plyometrics. The small group size allows you to receive feedback and support throughout the class and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and participate in discussions.
